Publix Pharmacy at Highland City Town Center

The only pharmacy I can get one of my medications. Always polite and professional. Hard to get into and out of but worth it.

Throughout my life I have had to deal with many pharmacies. This one is hands down the best I've ever had to work with! Everyone I've dealt with including the pharmacists have been wonderful. If anybody from this pharmacy reads this I thank you guys so much! If you live nearby transfer your prescriptions to this Publix!

I have used this Publix pharmacy since they opened this Publix a few years back. You used to be able to walk in go to the counter get your meds and done and if they weren't pulled the pharmacist took care of it while you waited. They have changed managers in the past 6 months and service now absolutely sucks . You walk in there is a line of 5 to 10 people with only one person at the register, then when you finally do get to the register your prescription isn't even filled. I had a prescription called in at 8 am this morning I went to pick it up at 430 in the afternoon it still didn't filled, and when asked what's taking so long o we are still working in yesterday's ordered. I don't know if it's the new management, or the influx from the new apartments but I will be changing pharmacies. Cus

There is no communication. Always a situation with my prescriptions. Never on time. Long lines... bah. Never come back to this one.

When your Doctor calls on your script, they start to work on it. I rarely havev to wait to get a script when I go after leaving my Dr office.
