Publix Pharmacy at Heron Creek Towne Center

A childish staff member hangs up on customers when they point out pricing mistakes, then blocks them from using the pharmacy without even telling them. Somebody with some sense should listen to the phone call I had with their staff today at 9:30am.

Great Pharmacy, Pharmacists, Pharmacist Technicians all, always willing to help and answer questions. They are extremely intelligent and friendly, they make the process feel less stressful when filling your prescription, or needing an over the counter.

Vincent, the pharmacist, does a great job in knowing his customers and keeping them apprised of their prescriptions. This helps relieve a lot of stress and gives you confidence in the pharmacy.

The Pharmacist at Heron Creek Publix, Vincent, is very helpful. He knows my prescriptions, answers my questions, and alerts me if he sees that I’ve been prescribed something that I need to be careful about. Its good to have another person helping me manage my health.
