Publix Pharmacy at Governors Crossing II

The staff in the pharmacy at Governor's Crossing II will not admit they made a mistake, ever. My husband was going to be charged double for his diabetic medication, and the woman he dealt with claimed it wasn't their mistake, but his doctor's mistake and they needed to fix it, not the pharmacy. My husband tried to explain that the issue had been fixed months ago, but the woman just doubled down, and then another staff member chimed in with, "we're right". The woman wouldn't listen to my husband, and kept insisting she was right and he was wrong, even implying he was stupid. He admits he lost his temper, and she told him he was not allowed to come back to that pharmacy, ever! That's fine, because that pharmacy has demonstrated a lack of concern for their customers, as well as a lack of

Always understaffed they say, and probably so , but waiting in store is pointless. What takes most any other pharmacy 10-20 minutes to fill a prescription for people waiting in person will take up to 24 hours here. Staff is nice , but nice isn’t always enough when you need your medication in a timely manner. Good health and good luck to all who use this pharmacy.
