Publix Pharmacy at Gandy Commons

I have been to many different Pharmacies. These Ladies know what they’re doing, Very professional and helpful GOD BLESS THEM ALL 🙏🇺🇸

I would like to update my review. The pharmacy has been opened for a few months now and they are doing a good job. It seems they are better stocked with what they need and have more staff. They are also much better with communication and call to update me when needed. My daughter has needed several RXs lately and they have been great. I am a huge Publix fan but they need to help get this pharmacy stocked with what they need. The first time I tried to get an RX filled there they did not have it so they transferred it to another Publix. I didn't really have an issue with them again until today. My doctor sent in 2 RXs a little after 1 PM. Using the app I was happy to see one was filled within the hour- good service. The other still showed pending. Around 5PM I called to check and s

I have been to a few pharmacies in my time. From CVS to Walgreens. This one has outdone themselves. The service was amazing. The Pharmacy Manager Hannah Brown was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and showed me a cheaper alternative in the aisle when my insurance wouldn’t pay for my pills. I will be back for sure.

Worst publix pharmacy service ever! The lady at the counter with very bad actitud, just looking excuses instead of solution to the customers... i got pharmacy services in others several publix stores and always is a awesome experience but this one is horrible and everything is just for the employee that they got there.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the pharmacy for being so kind about me showing up 10 minutes before closing and helping me get my medicine filled. Matt you are the best. Thank you for your help and kindness!
