Publix Pharmacy at Galleria

by far the best pharmacists in the business, Jonathan and Rachel are two of the best as well as their staff. I’m just not sure of their names. They are absolutely the most accommodating people they are because I know I can be the biggest pain in the neck and they are always there with a smile. I just wanna say thank you for everything you guys do and I appreciate you dealing with my grumpiness and you deal with everything with the smile. You guys are the best by far. There is no better team and I’m not just talking about Publix. I’m talking about anywhere than you guys.

just wanted to give a "shout out" to the Store Manager (Leo) on duty the other day.. the store was packed (weekend noonish time), and i needed produce boxes (for my residential move).. he dropped everything he was doing, and hustled me up some boxes! just outstanding service!!! thank you Sir, (a local client:)

Best pharmacy and pharmacists ever. Coming here is truly a pleasure. They care, look for options to help the patient

My dad went to pick up a prescription 2 days ago and they told him to come back today. After waiting in line for 30 minutes for the pharmacists to stop talking to one another, they told him his prescription wasn’t ready. Instead of calling him to tell him so, they made him come in and waste time while being rude about it. He then asked for a covid at home test and they said he had to go to the back of the line after he had already waited so long. Very mean people.

Rachel and Jonathon are the best pharmacists I’ve ever dealt with!
