Publix Pharmacy at Forest Village Shopping Center

The pharmacist I dealt with was very rude. He acted like I was getting on his nerves just approaching the counter. Mumbling under his breath as if I didn’t notice.He gave me the wrong information regarding my prescription price. I had my prescriptions sent elsewhere. This pharmacy is very unprofessional and they have no decorum.

Yesterday and last night was the worst experience ever, I started calling the pharmacy at 4:10 no answer, I was in the parking lot around 5:30/5:45 calling the pharmacy no answer. I could see the counter from where I was parked no one is in line. By the time got tired of sitting there waiting on someone to answer I walked in there was one person in line. The pharmacist was filling prescription the one CMS at the register was out of this world rude. She was a young and very rude, the pharmacist not once look up to offer his help. When Shane and Chris are working this pharmacy runs so smoothly, I love when they are working This young lady from last night need to be disciplined for her customer service skills

3rd time trying them and poor service. Was told after my Dr sent RX that it would be ready in 2 hours. Got there in 2 hours and they didn’t even fill…said they needed my permission after I was already in there telling them I did 2 hours prior. Then told me it would be another 2 hours. Happened twice in a row. This time I got there 3 hours after my Dr sent RX, they tried to tell me they were refills for tomorrow (new RX was sent) and wouldn’t be finished for 2 hours again. Not going to walk in Publix for 2 hours and future business will go somewhere else. Seem to not care for the industry they are in and that’s a poor attitude for a healthcare worker

The worst customer svs. They are rude and left me on hold for over 25 minutes. A week ago I called in a controlled med for pain and was told i was on a list cuz the med was on back order. I called today and now they tell me I have to wait til monday when they can call my dr for authorization. I'm going thru withdrawals and have chronic pain. They need to hire more pharmacists. Unbelievable how long it takes them to effectively do their jobs. One exception is Chris who is always willing to help.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. Since Ms. Mary has moved from this pharmacy it has become horrible and very unprofessional! They No longer care about their customers. They lie about when your medication will be ready. They really need to do better. You can't even find someone around to report them.
