Publix Pharmacy at Foothills Mall

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the Publix pharmacy. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, explain medications clearly, and make sure everything is handled accurately and efficiently. Prescriptions are filled promptly, and the level of customer service truly sets them apart. It’s comforting to know you’re treated with care and respect every time. Highly recommend Publix pharmacy!

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. During my wife's terminal illness, they promised to make sure her prescriptions would always be available and held true to this promise. After she passed and my young son and I went through an insurance transition, they found ways to keep our prescriptions affordable using different sources. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. I have not been disappointed and would recommend them to anyone!

After many many years of Walgreens and CVS, I tried Publix pharmacy. Oh my word... I will never go anywhere else. The staff are exceptional and actually care. There are two employees in particular who are beyond amazing, Greg and Ashley.

Transferred from another pharmacy. Publix is the best, they are always willing to assist you with any questions or other needs. Medications always ready quickly and accurately. Love this pharmacy.

Today I stopped by Maryville, TN Publix Pharmacy to get my flu shot. I'm in town from NC and could not get back home due to damaged roads between here and NC. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful. He noticed after setting me up for a flu shot that I had a prescription was being filled by the Hickory, NC Publix Pharmacy. He offered to have the prescription transferred and filled while I was getting my flu shot. It was extremely kind of him and his excellent customer service was very much appreciated.
