Publix Pharmacy at East Lake

I can't believe this pharmacy would get anything other than 5 stars. They are always so helpful and courteous. All of them especially the manager Rick goes above and beyonf for everyone. They get multiple deliveries per week which allows everyone to get medication the same day definitely the next. What I would askl is for everyone to give them grace on filling scripts as they have had an influx of customers with all of the aprtments and homes that have went up in the neighborhood. They definitely can't hold all of he prescriptions there. My name is Julia Jones and have lived in Eastkae for 19 years. I guess I don’t understand why it’s always such an inconvenience for the staff to answer prescription refill questions. If I’m not huffing and puffing about my prescription being out of stock for two months (INSANE!!!), then why are you troubled by me asking you to do your job. But seriously, TWO MONTHS?!?

Go anywhere else. Literally. I’ve tried this pharmacy a couple of times over 4 years and think rotting in bed without medicine is better for my health than trying to get them to complete their basic functions.

Totally unhelpful after they said that my prescription never showed up in their system following submission from my Emory provider. I'm going to find a new pharmacy, one that cares.

Pharmacist Green lied to my husband about when he could pick up a prescription. We paid over a thousand dollars for a flight based on that info. When we went to pick it up Pharmacist Susan was a Mega Karen and refused to assist. The next day Pharmacist Green came back in and told me I should just get a different pharmacy if I didn't like being treated like trash because that's what they do there.
