Publix Pharmacy at Eagles Corner Shopping Center

Long wait times. Over promises and underdelivers. Never sends out a text to let you know your prescription is ready. Pharmacist says maybe you'd like to transfer your prescription someplace else. Publix you can do better than this! But that's okay because Kroger's pharmacy will be here next year

Most things about this pharmacy are wonderful. The staff is friendly and professional, you don't normally have to wait in line forever, and they are very willing to answer any questions you have. However, while I do support retail pharmacies that have fill limits in order to not overwork their staff, every time I have submitted for a refill via the app for prescriptions that were due or overdue to fill, it takes FOREVER to get the refill. Several have taken 4-5 days to be ready with nothing delaying the refill like insurance issues. The only times I have received a prescription in less than 3 days, was when a doctor called it in directly. I would NEVER suggest using this pharmacy for any prescription refills of medications that you absolutely can't run out of, but I would HIGHLY recommend

In my opinion, Publix corporation has no concern with health concerns of its customers/patients. Doctors write prescriptions for people, sometimes at the detriment of their life. My family member had a prescription called in before noon. It was for excessively high BP. It was not ready by 4:30pm. I also tried to pick up 3 refills that were called in the previous day. Those 3 were also not ready. This is a reoccurring problem that I have had since switching to Publix. I am always told that the pharmacy is short staffed. That is either a management problem or a corporate problem. Either way the patients suffer! Totally, in my opinion, unacceptable!

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the incredible pharmacy staff at the Publix in Statesboro. Ms. Amanda, the pharmacy manager, along with her entire team, consistently deliver the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care have made every visit a positive one. As I prepare to move, one of the things I’ll miss most is being able to fill my prescriptions here. Thank you all for everything—you’ve truly set the standard for what a pharmacy experience should be.

This pharmacy is good but getting in contact with them is a struggle. Have called 5 times in 1 day, and received nothing.
