Publix Pharmacy at Downtown Doral

I believe Doug is an excellent pharmacist and performs his job well. However, his demeanor when interacting with customers could use improvement. He often appears upset or angry, which can create a negative experience for those he’s helping. If I were the manager of the pharmacy or Publix, I would consider whether his skills might be better utilized in an environment where he feels more comfortable—perhaps in a setting where communication is primarily in English, like in Broward or a similar area.

I love this pharmacy! They're friendly, attentive and they work fast to make sure I get my medicines super fast. I can't say enough good things about Doug and Melissa. They're extremely caring, always on top giving me warnings about not mixing certain medicines together and both have incredible customer service skills. Even though the pharmacy isn't open 24/7 like some other ones, i would never trade them because of how reliable they are and because of the way I'm treated so shout out to these two pharmacists :)

This pharmacy has made my life so much easier. I have a few medications that are complicated to process and they never make me feel annoying like Walgreens did. Nice to see pharmacists and techs that actually care about their patients, and they're super efficient too.

Only have one person working, if there are several people that need to drop off or pick up it takes an eternity, and usually have to order medications since they dont have them in stock.

They work very fast and are friendly. If you go between 1-3 Check to make sure they’re not on their lunch break !
