Publix Pharmacy at Douglas Grand

Went in about a month ago for a COVID shot after hearing the government was planning to restrict them soon. I called and they said it was in stock, i arrived and the clerk started getting things ready, then the pharmacist stepped in and stopped her, first asking my age, then saying they were expired. Be warned this place is playing politics with your health.

Has been my main pharmacy for years, but no more. Too many issues with these morons lately. They take days to fill urgent prescriptions, rarely answer the phone, and don't respond to inquiries. Most recent prescription was only partially filled, and not completed until contacted twice to ask about it - they completely ignored my first inquiry. Was finally told it was ready, and to pass by at any time to pick up. Wife passed by a few hours later, only to be informed that it turned out they didn't have the medication after all, and that she'd need to go to a different Publix location for it. Unbelievable. Then they re-billed for the pills omitted from the original order, making me responsible for two insurance co-payments due to them charging twice for the same prescription. They said it's n

Avoid this pharmacy. The google reviews and score reflects how terrible this pharmacy is. The pharmacist, employees, and pharmacy managers don’t care, their processes are broken, skipped customer service training, and so much more

Horrible service, staff at the pharmacy is always rude and mis treat clients, they don't have good customer service and treat people like dogs, incredible but its reality. They take forever tu full-fill orders and when calling to check they hang up on you and get mad.

Extremely rude when dropping off the prescription. Only provided one of two meds that I needed to take same day due to surgery earlier in the day. Fortunately I had the doctor sent a new prescription to CVS that opens longer and actually answers the phone. Publix never answered the phone to address this major issue.
