Publix Pharmacy at Deerfield Mall

Switching pharmacy, rude staff most visits. Never had prescriptions filled on time. Have gave them plenty of chances but waiting 3 days for sleep medication and the assistant to give me an attitude because I said i was told today after 3 is the straw that did it. They don't care about customers period!

When you try to call around 2PM recording says they are closed for lunch but it doesn't say what the lunch hours are or when it re-opens. Seems they could rotate lunches so someone can answer the phone, I mean 2PM isn't a normal lunch time for the rest of us...Ridiculous...

I didn’t catch her name, but the lady with the salt and pepper hair was really nice and helpful with my prescription issues.

Very disappointing experience. There was no intention to help patients or do what was best for them.

My oncologist called the pharmacy and was told there was no way to order a prescription for Magic Mouthwash. My oncologist PA was not told correctly as I checked and was told it could be ordered. I called to leave the Dr Number . They said thay would call and correct this at the Deerfield Mall Publix. More shall be revealed. I've always had total faith in Publix. I hope that lasts.
