Publix Pharmacy at Cullman Shopping Center

Always treated with very efficient and patient centered care. The Pharmacist at this pharmacy are very nice and care about their patients care. As a healthcare provider I enjoy everyone at this pharmacy, especially being a very large volume store.

A guy told me when I called that my prescription would be more 100.00. I looked in good rx. and with good Rx, that's just a lie. I'm telling you people so you got proof that pharmacies can't be trusted. please advocate for yourself.

**Update** I called this morning (12/17/2024) to cancel my prescription due to now switching to Walgreens and filling it there. No apology, no explanation, NOTHING! I would still be waiting on a prescription that’s “in queue” if I didn’t take action and follow up myself. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I do NOT recommend this Pharmacy. Disappointing to see how much Publix has gone downhill. Well, at least in Cullman. I recently moved to Alabama from another state. Absolutely LOVED my Publix Pharmacy there. This Publix Pharmacy is the worst I have ever dealt with, with any Pharmacy period. It is now over a week and guess what I don’t have, my prescription. I have a bad experience literally every time I use this pharmacy. Most of the time they don't have the medication or I have to wait hours to get my medicine. If I wasn't forced to use this pharmacy due to my insurance I would have been gone years ago.

I've been using this pharmacy for years. They've always had great service and been polite and courteous. The Publix Pharmacy app. works well on my Android phone and the prepayment option is great too.
