Publix Pharmacy at Crosstown Plaza

Not the best Publix store more of a lower class of people & Completely Rude & Unprofessional Pharmacy! Just fill my Rx, don't Judge someone you don't know from Adam! Pharmacist refused to fill Rx when I just got out of hospital after major surgery!

Never seems to receive my prescription so I’m stuck battling my doctor’s office to have it resent. No one in the pharmacy seems to know what is going on and has an attitude/doesn’t want to help. Even when my prescription is successfully received, they don’t refill it until I’ve called for confirmation that I can pick it up - usually an hour and a half before the pharmacy closes.

Great pharmacists at this Publix location. Always helpful with any questions you may have and very fast service. Janessa is a top notch pharmacist!

Always neat, clean, every employee is super friendly...especially the pharmacist! Shes super cool.

Called and no one picked up for 3 Minutes, then the clerk had an attitude cause I actually didnt hang up.
