Publix Pharmacy at Countryside Shops

Very slow service. Waited over 30 minutes for a prescription that was already supposed to be filled. Had problems in the past. Waited 20 minutes for the flu shot when I was the first person in line. Ibended up leaving. Seems like a new team works here. Seeing other customers ask to wait because their prescription wasn't ready.

Very friendly staff. Never a long wait. They most often picks up the phone right away when you need to know whether a prescription has been received, or have a question about a medication. I highly recommend.

This pharmacy is the best all their staff is 5 star. Great customer service, great communication, always beyond on and above when asked questions or help.
