Publix Pharmacy at Cornerstone at Lake Hart

As other have said the Pharmacy is not great, but the rest of the grocery is pretty good. They have an area to eat, a bakery, fish market, etc.

Been using this Publix pharmacy for years and am always satisfied with their service.

Publix Pharmacy sucks. I never know if they are actually going to fill what the doctor sends or if it is going to be ready when they say it is. They also take more than a day to refill anything, where other pharmacies can refill in hours. They get two stars because my vaccine was quick. I had to come back three times before I could get my Rx, after they kept telling me I could pick it up. What a waste of time.

Publix Pharmacy falls incredibly short of the level of customer service Publix grocery offers. This has become apparent from so many of the interactions I’ve had with so many of the pharmacy employees over the years. It’s unfortunate (because I prefer to support local business and employment) but I’ve received better customer service from Amazon Pharmacy recently than Publix Pharmacy. 😔
