Publix Pharmacy at Coral Landings II

One man behind the deli is so rude, throws your deli meats on the counter and never says thank you. I have reported him at least four times and nothing's been done about it. Then you go to the fish area and there's never anyone behind the counter because the person has to cover the meat department too. They allow people to put their kids in the cart with their dirty shoes and then when I cover the bottom of my cart with plastic bags to protect my purchases from the germs they tell me I can't use their bags and that I have to bring my own covering for the cart.

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at the Publix Pharmacy in Coral Landing. Unfortunately, the women working there—from the pharmacist to the cashier—have been unpleasant and generally unhelpful during my visits. Their customer service lacks warmth and professionalism, making every interaction frustrating. The only bright spot is a young man (who I believe may be Puerto Rican) working there—he’s the only person who consistently treats customers with respect and kindness. If Publix values its reputation, they should take a serious look at the service quality at this location. As it stands now, it’s the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any pharmacy.

Matthew in the pharmacy was excellent. Very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. He gave me my covid vaccine and I felt nothing. Extremely professional and friendly. He even put all my shot information on one card when the other pharmacy Tech working there said she couldn't do anything with it because it was from CVS. He is an excellent employee and it was nice to see someone who values customer service.

Worst pharmacy ever. Medications been ready no one calls or texted. I’ve called been calling no one has pickup the phone theirs plenty of them just standing their. And the guys laughing in my face. So disrespectful rude and ignorant

Great place to shop and get your pharmacy items that you need. Most of the people, there are very helpful there are a couple there that I avoid.
