If you prepay, u should be allowed 10-14 days to pick up. Maybe there are snow delays or maybe there are other prescriptions being filled so you are waiting for all to be ready to make 1 trip to the store. Dont send a text at 6pm the day before you go to pick them up & say “if u don’t pick up your prescriptions soon, they will be restocked. Prepay at this link.” I prepaid a week before immediately when they were ready & then went to pick up the order the next day (less than 24hrs since the reminder text) & the prescriptions were not available. If there’s no prepayment by a week or so then restock the items but if the order is prepaid the day they were available, give 21-30 days for pick up before restock. It’s all so stupid. Thank you so much for all the help and caring. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and my vet wrote a prescription for insulin at a human pharmacy. I was a little intimidated to that and thought they would not help out, but they did an amazing job and treated my cat like a human Patient. Love these people and will be back.

Bridget at the pharmacy was so incredibly kind and hilarious when giving me my vaccine!! She made a world of difference in my experience as someone who's afraid of shots. Thank you so much, I'm so glad to be vaccinated now.
