Publix Pharmacy at Colonialtown

Whenever I pick up my prescription I receive great service. Appreciate this pharmacy department help.

If I could give less than one star I would ! I’ve never felt more disrespected or disappointed at a Publix until today. What should’ve been a simple shopping trip turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had—all because of the assistant manager and then the actual customer service Manager Jeff, who clearly forgot what “customer service” means. From the moment he approached me, his attitude was aggressive, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing a basic concern with any sense of courtesy or accountability, he chose to speak over me, roll his eyes, and treat me like a problem rather than a customer. Very accommodating. Had my prescription ready while I shopped.

Time and time again without fail this pharmacy has miscommunicated with me. I will talk to a pharmacist one day who will tell me one thing and I will follow through with what they told me and show up to grab things and the pharmacist of the day will then tell me that’s not the case. “your prescription will be ready tomorrow at 2pm” so I show up at 4:30 thinking “I’ll give them a little extra time just in case” for me to then be told I’ll need to wait 1 hour. Another time I was going out of town and called 4 days beforehand to make sure I could pick up my prescription. The pharmacist told me no problem it would be filled Thursday. Then I call Thursday afternoon to see what time I can come in, just for them to tell me “oh no it won’t be ready until tomorrow” which is the day I would already

Publix Pharmacy at Colonialtown is great. Staff is attentive and informative regarding prescriptions. There are things out of their control, just as any other pharmacy. The bad reviews are those who cannot understand that. Great work, thank you for all you do.
