Publix Pharmacy at Colonial Coast Crossing

I visited the Publix Pharmacy on Cheney Highway last night because it was open until 9 PM and I needed to fill a round of antibiotics prescribed at urgent care. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the pharmacist asked whether I was an existing customer and immediately emphasized how much extra paperwork it would require. She went on to explain they had over 100 prescriptions to fill and that there was no way my prescription would even be started within the next hour — possibly not even the next day. While I understand pharmacies get busy, the delivery came across as dismissive rather than informative. When I provided my insurance information, it was handed back to me and I was told they would instead look at eligibility for savings based on my home addres

Every time I’ve needed a prescription filled from this pharmacy it takes hours if not a day for a prescription to be filled from a doctors office. They seem to be very unconcern and the urgency is never there. I do not recommend this pharmacy because they have poor customer service.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction following a recent experience at the Publix Pharmacy located on Cheney Highway in Titusville, Florida. This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at any Publix. The individual in question, Carmine, displayed behavior that was not only unprofessional but also deeply upsetting. Rather than assisting me or attempting to solve my issue, he was dismissive, confrontational, and extremely rude. His demeanor came across as bullying and intimidating, making me feel humiliated and powerless. Carmine made every effort to avoid assisting me. Although Publix pharmacy is not my primary pharmacy, I have used this location (2000 Cheney Hwy, Titusville, FL 32780) several times in the past year. They have never failed me, have always been polite and knowledgeable. Also, the staff has gone above and beyond by helping me locate the best price on certain prescriptions... On a few occasions they directed me to a pharmacy that was not a Publix pharmacy! They should get extra points for that! Although I have not dropped my four-star rating of this location, the last two visits have not been pleasant; If it continues, I will adjust my review accordingly.

Incompetent is being kind. Ordered meds for my 🐶. The first time they didn't have it, said they would have to order it.I called to see if it was ready? They said it was never ordered. They have a new vendor and would order it again. They never called me to let me know it was ready. I called to pick it up. Now they've put it back on the shelf. Now the RX has expired and they will have to get a refill authorized from the vet before they will fill it. What I was trying to avoid. It isn't hard to order meds contact people when they are filled and put a label on a box. Your Reviews show how bad "YOU", SUCK!!! It's not everyone else's fault zero stars..... Love the grocery side.I was a pharmacy technician, we called other stores to get meds if necessary. I'm glad this was just meds for my dog.
