Publix Pharmacy at Coconut Creek Plaza

This Publix deli is not only the slowest and rudest.They don't even say be with you soon . They're too busy chatting in the back to even acknowledge that people are standing there . The cashiers don't even say hello. But they remember to ask for donations.

The pharmacy assured me they will have my medication monthly, but it was not true. Totally unprofessional. No wonder why so many people end up in a hospital because they couldn’t fill their prescription!

I've been in line waiting for 15min for a sub I ordered online 20min. A manager did a walkthrough at the deli and didn't even acknowledge the long line of people. And even worse, a woman slipped and fell at the drink fountain that is leaking water. Don't worry, miss. We all saw it. 7:38pm was the time.

Waiting in line at the deli is crazy long! Don't even try to complain because it will only encourage the staff to slow down even more. Companies are cutting back on staff to keep up with increasing wages... Demanding more productive from the ones that some how survive the layoffs!
