Publix Pharmacy at Cheshire Square

I can’t say enough good things about the pharmacist, Ashley, at this Publix. She always greets me by my name and genuinely takes time to make sure everything is right with my medications. On more than one occasion she has caught an error made by my doctor and helped to get it corrected quickly, which really gives me piece of mind. That level of attention, professionalism and personal care is rare and deeply appreciated. Publix is lucky to have such a dedicated pharmacist.

I want to commend Jesus, the grocery cart worker, for his outstanding kindness and service. He helped me load my groceries into my car, offered to take my cart for me, and was extremely polite and friendly the entire time. His positive attitude truly made my day and reflects so well on the store. Employees like Jesus make a big difference. Thank you!!!

The head pharmacist (blonde white woman) was condescending toward my wife when she tried to fill her prescription. She told her to come back in 30 minutes. My wife came back in an hour and it was not filled. The pharmacist still spoke to her with a mean tone. She was probably having a bad day, but my wife does not deserve this kind of treatment. At least the other pharmacy attendant was helpful.

I just spoke with the pharmacist Johnathan Sellers at this particular location and this pharmacist answer all of my questions patiently even though it's early in the morning pharmacists are always busy, he took the time out to help me figure out what was happening with the thyroid medicine that I take. He went above and beyond he was very patient and caring and very professional and knowledgeable . Thank you so much for the personal concern you showed me even though you didn't even know me.

Update 1/19/26 *Ashely is the LeBron James of pharmacy. I watched her awnser phones check out customers and inform Those customer’s professionally.All by herself ! Josh and Sophia always recognize me with a smile and a “how are you doing” no matter how busy or hectic the day might be. They uphold the standard I expect when shopping at Publix. Being friendly goes a long way!
