Publix Pharmacy at Cascade Crossing Shopping Center

Since Jared took over after Miranda this pharmacy had been going down hill. They have a few great people but Jared is moody, has a bad attitude and no customer service skills. They have gotten worse with keeping medicine in stock and have misplaced orders that are supposed to be ready for pick up. One pharmacy tech is scatter-brained but very fashionable and friendly who should consider working in a different industry. It was the best pharmacy in the area but the culture has changed for the worse under the moody dry new pharmacist.The teamwork is not what it was and they need a pharmacist who can handle the volume while being pleasant. I look forward to the next pharmacist arrival hopefully soon because this is not working.

Excellent service. They're always available for consult and answered all my questions about Epi pen! Also they helped me find the lowest prices on medicine. Very patient with seniors!

I am dismayed over the horrible quality of fruits and vegetables in the fresh produce section that we received from this store on multiple occasions. We should be offered quality items to consume, not items that should have been discarded to avoid poisoning consumers. No one should eat rotten, moldy fruit and call it healthy. This is unacceptable Publix.

If I could give the pharmacist a NEGATIVE 1 it still would not do it justice. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. Thankfully I'm only here temporarily because my Publix didn't have the prescription my doctor requested.

Have shopped @ this pharmacy for almost 20 years. Only in my opinion is that the customer service has gotten terrible!!! And no matter how it’s complained, it’s business as usual. Well, this is my last time shopping at this location. I really wonder how long it’s going to take the majority of the community to see this as well. I won’t hold MY breath cause in my lifetime I’ve never seen my people remain so lackadaisical to gain mutual respect. I
