Don’t send your meds here!!!!! Rude staff and ridiculous fill times. Post surgery narcotics sent at 9:09 am and not filled until 3:45pm.

I always have an issue with filling my daughter's prescription. This last time my doctor called in the prescription and I hadn't heard anything so I called to see if the pharmacy had received the prescription from my doctor. I was told yes it was received late yesterday. Won't be ready today. It will be tomorrow. I told her my daughter really isn't supposed to skip a dose. Silence. So tomorrow then? Yes. No time. No we'll call you. Nothing. Every time I call the person answering the phone seems upset that you're asking and that they are having to answer the phone. I think I may have to shop for a new pharmacy if this continues.

I want to recognize Pharmacy Manager Emily Bailey for her outstanding assistance with filling an emergency refill of prescriptions. I was without enough medication in the midst of a family medical emergency. We were out of town, 260 miles away. She went above and beyond in meeting my situation and resolved a potential crisis. Thank you.
