Publix Pharmacy at Buckhead Landing

This place is a disappointing excuse for a pharmacy. There weren’t any other customers around, yet I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or offering assistance. The employee behind the counter either couldn’t speak or was too absorbed in the computer to notice or address customers who were clearly waiting for help. I'll be getting my prescriptions filled at a pharmacy that has real people who actually acknowledge they have a customer and that have the actual ability to assist them. Thanks publix, for having a pharmacy that is not able to fill the prescriptions for there customers in person. Real helpful.

Nicole was amazing. My mother who missed her flight back home was out of some crucial medicines. Upon arrival she (Nicole) was sympathetic, and by following proper channels put in place by Publix whether in FL or GA, my mother was able to receive her needed meds. Nicole thank you for recognizing the problem, searching for solutions, and providing critical care.

Wow! A pharmacist that would actually take the initiative to help customers is one of those, "have to have", at any pharmacy!

Dear Publix, You really need to do better with this one.
