Publix Pharmacy at Brookside Square

I switched from another Pharmacy and the experience has been excellent. Everyone on the team is great. They treat me with respect and kindness. They're excessive use of plastics as an organization is excessive and hopefully they will find a way to reduce that. Otherwise, I never have an issue getting someone on the phone (unlike the pharmacy I left) and they've always come through for me when they can.

If you’re looking for prompt, reliable service, this Publix Pharmacy is the last place you should go. Prescriptions that should take a few hours somehow turn into multi-day ordeals, with zero communication unless you take the initiative to chase them down yourself. The phrase “ready in a few hours” might as well be a joke, they’re never ready on time. And don’t bother asking for help or clarification the manager is rude, dismissive, and somehow manages to make every interaction feel like your inconvenience is his personal burden. Customer service is clearly not a priority here; disorganization and apathy are. I’ve never met anyone who has had a good experience with this manager, I don’t know why he’s still there. Worst pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready on time and are rarely in stock. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for your orders.

Finally left Publix pharmacy even though it was convenient. Refills very often different colored pills from frequent change in manufacturers. I assume they're saving money by doing this but to whose benefit? In some cases I have noticed a difference in how they work as well. Too many times to count. Next there is the way Publix just doesn't care about the environment. 1. The plastic pill bottles they use are very large. VERY BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. 2. Multiple prescription refills are always put in individual plastic bags. VERY BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMNET. Even though I asked multiple times to have my multiple refills put into 1 bag to save the environment. (Walmart delivers in a paper bag with very small pill bottles just FYI). They say they recycle but hmmm! Seems like a conflict of intere

The absolutely worst experience in this store. I waited 10 min to talk to a manager and he walked away only to find out he was the team leader. 20 mins in deli counter to get service. They are chaotic disorganised not using the “ take a number system” which caused confusion and argument with 2 customers over who would be served next . This store definitely below standard of other Publix with staff and service. The two young people: Jefferson and Tashanda at checkout were polite and efficient with good customer service.
