Deli Review: Please ensure staff are trained to acknowledge customers, even after finishing with the person in front of them. The employee I encountered completed the order for the person ahead of me and then walked away, completely ignoring me & she kept looking back at me & clearly knew I was waiting & was next. This kind of rudeness is unacceptable. On top of that, the wrap I ordered was made so poorly that it completely fell apart. I always remove the paper once I get home and my wraps normally stay intact this one did not. This experience was beyond unacceptable. I will not be ordering wraps from this location again. The lack of care from staff is very disappointing.

This pharmacy is conveniently located inside Publix, which is why I continue to use it. The pharmacy seems to be perpetually understaffed. The workers seem stressed, which is probably why they are often rude or abrupt. Don't expect them to speed up urgent medicine because they don't care. Still, the location is convenient because you can pick up some groceries while there.

I wanted a sandwich. BUT. As I watched the deli sandwich maker clerk making the sandwich with plastic gloves, then she touched her coworker on the back with the gloves (to get the coworker to step aside so that she could reach into a drawer with said gloves), she then adjusted the glasses on her face - with the gloved hands, to look at me and ask what else I wanted on my sandwich; she then walked away with the gloves on, to look for the dressing I asked for, and proceeded to open drawers & cabinets all while wearing the same exact gloves searching for items, she touched herself a few more times and then continued to make the sandwich all while wearing the same plastic gloves. My stomach churned (it was actually churning from the time she touched the coworkers clothes with the sandwich mak

I received my vaccine on October 27 /10:40 am at Publix pharmacy on Lavista rd. In Tucker. I asked and waited to speak to the pharmacist before I singed in because I needed her answer before I commit to receiving the vaccine. I asked her if it’s possible for her to honor my request to put in the medicine in very slowly after she injects the needle. She quickly said of course. That did not happen. She pushed the medicine quickly. She heard my discomfort. She apparently said she will honor my request in order to pacify me. This is wrong & unprofessional.

Decent store...pharmacy is pretty bad though. I called to inquire about a specific medicine and the person on the other end of the phone could not have sounded more disinterested in what I was asking about. This is not the first time...they are hiring people who are not trained in basic customer service skills such as carrying on a conversation and understanding what the other person is asking for.
