Publix Pharmacy at Bradfordville Center

Staff is great and they are efficient and quick.

Pharmacist is late and the pharmacy is not open at 11am on Sunday as advertised. So unprofessional! The pharmacist should arrive a few minutes early and have the pharmacy OPEN at 11am, not arriving 5 minutes after 11. They also do not send you a text when they receive the order from your doctor, only when it's filled. I personally like this so I know the order came in. I'm switching to CVS Kerry Forest.

Until recently, I have always appreciated the Publix Pharmacy over competitors like CVS and Walgreens. They're typically fast, reliable and friendly. But things have changed in recent months. If you are prescribed a medication that is "controlled," they treat you as if you're a junkie — condescending, unhelpful and with suspicion. It's humiliating. They think they're medical doctors and try to override the counsel of my ACTUAL physician, playing games and making me (and my doctor) jumps through hoops instead of applying common sense. Just treat people with respect and dignity. It goes a long way.

I really like shopping at Publix and have been shopping at this particular location for about 6 years. While the newer Publix usually has a better variety of produce and other items this one is closer to home. As is the case at all Publix the staff are usually all very friendly and pleasant...but there is an exception. Emad has never particularly friendly but recently he seems downright surly. Not what I expect at any Publix.

The pharmacy staff knows you by name and has your order ready before you stand in line!
