Publix Pharmacy at Boynton Plaza

Garbage pharmacy with the worst staff. They are rude from the word hello. Not worth your time. There are better pharmacies with better people

For two weeks have been calling the pharmacy after dropped off my prescription, telling them know the insurance is not paying for it, I'm going to pay out of packet. They refused to order the medication for me, every day I called they say tomorrow and it's been two weeks now I'm still waiting.

Pharmacy customer service on the phone is horrible. If you every need to know something, go in person. They constantly put you on hold for so long and then your call gets transferred to the seafood department. How does this even happen? Then you have to hang up and call back the pharmacy which then they put you back on hold immediately without even saying hello. Very frustrating!

The Publix is great but this Plaza has THE worst physical set up. Used 2 shop here all the time B4 they restructured the parking lot. 2 many little curbs! U have 2 stop 5 times B4 U get anywhere - traffic going in multiple directions - who designed this place? Now I shop at ANY OTHER Publix due 2 this fiasco.

I called pharmacy the very first time and the experience was very good.😊
