Publix Pharmacy at Bonita Bay Plaza

CVS down the street couldn't transfer and fill a prescription in 2 days. Publix took care of it in less than an hour!

Dropped off two prescriptions for my 10 year old daughter with our insurance card. The lady working the pharmacy took my info, and told me that they would text me as soon as it was ready. Almost 24 hours later I still haven't heard from them, so I called. The guy on the phone said that it looks like they cancelled it because they don't take my insurance. A call or text would have been nice if they were not going to even fill it.

I thoroughly appreciate the extra effort these folks go to. I called 1 minute before closing and the pharmacist was willing to do some research on my prescriptions for me.

What a supermarket! Had to go in here several times during our stay in the area. the staff were so helpful and friendly, from the deli counter to the check out, everyone was very helpful.
