Publix Pharmacy at Berry Town Center

Samruie from the pharmacy was amazing. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I had a problem with a prescription that I needed and the 1st pharmacist seem to lack compassion and was very short. But Samruie definitely turned my negative experience into a positive one. Keep shining girl..your definitely appreciated!!

The worst. They have gone from 10 to 0. I will no longer fill or refill my prescriptions at Publix at berrytown center. They are rude and lack customer service skills. Every week there is a new set of workers and each week they are less professional.

Anzary and Vanessa are very exceptional workers. Ive had a very hard time with this whole COVID-19 situation and they made my visit wonderful. They went out of their way to help me and they are a great example of professionalism. They are what makes this pharmacy my favorite. Thank you girls!!!!!!

Worst Publix experience. The girl at customer service treated me like garbage while she played on her phone when I asked to find something. The bag of frozen potatoes I picked up turned out to be split open. No manager to be seen anywhere. The only decent person was the checkout kid. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Always prompt and quick to answer questions. I appreciate their ability to help with scripts that I need urgently.
