Publix Pharmacy at Beneva Village Shoppes

Wonderful pharmacy! Robert, the pharmacist, is very attentive, treats me as an individual rather than a number (contrary to CVS & other pharmacies), and always makes sure everything is right. Bernadette is lovely and always leaves me feeling like I'm in great hands!

While waiting in line to receive my flu-shot I noticed the pharmacist or pharmacist assistant who was working had his mask pulled down completely below his face exposing his nose and mouth. Thinking this must be a mistake, I continued to watch for a few more minutes as he spoke to his colleague and the customer without a mask. I’m disgusted that this would happen. Poor training and supervision not to mention a lack of respect for the general community. I left, and will NOT be receiving a flu shot from Publix pharmacy.

My wife and I got our booster shots here and found the young man who helped us to be very efficient, professional, and friendly. It’s always nice to meet someone so helpful and upbeat.

Pharmacist are very nice and informative.
