Publix Pharmacy at Belmart Plaza

It's publix so it's got alot going for it right? However the amount of management that stand around on their phones .. is, well terrible So today i decided to talk to Jay the store manage Absolutely every isle has no prices labeled on about 20% of the merch or just placed in the wrong area not with the correct price When I try to ask him about this He cuts me off Whats the problem he asks ? Lol I respond with would you like to pick any ilse a d we can walk down one and ill show you He replies NO At this point I realize this conversation will not solve any issues So I ask are you aware of the problems He responds yes I reply are you working on resolving them He replies yes I leave knowing good and well this man is incompetent at his job I shop here because it's convenient However palm bea

Called to see if they had a certain product that is gluten free. Gentleman was in the upstairs offices and asked me if I'd mind holding and he would go down and check. Came back and said they did and what isle and shelf it was located on. He was so nice and cordial. Appreciated.

Nice renovation. But, floe in store is not great. Some high walls obstruct views so store navigation is impeded. Best part of this Belvedere store is the pleasant Deli workers and polite cashiers.

I've been cashing third-party checks (specifically, birthday checks from my grandparents) at Publix for years. Every time, they tell me that they can't, then they talk to a manager, and they cash it. This time, the "manager of customer service" said they've never been allowed to do that. This man is a liar.

The pharmacist Melissa is very rude! She makes you not want to return there. Better off going somewhere else to get your prescriptions
