Publix Pharmacy at Anderson Pavilion Shopping Center

Well, I’ve been coming here for several years and the overall experience I’ve had with the Pharmacy and in the store has been everyone has always been courteous nice been very helpful. I don’t have anything negative to say.

Shop some where else. They will not follow up with you if there is a problem with your prescription(s) and rarely have all your prescriptions in stock.

Inefficiency is the policy. Staff who can't count to 30 and the only qualified guy who can does it when he feels like it.

Never had any issues, staff is always friendly and tries to help anyway they can.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This pharmacy is in desperate need of a baby sitter for its employees. They do not do what is needed to fill your prescription in a timely manner. You will have to constantly call them for an update. They had 12 hours to fill a prescription, failed to reach out to the dr to approve script in the appropriate amount of time therefore I had to wait until the next day. Was promised it by 11am. Called to confirm, still failed to reach out to the dr.& could not give me a pick up time. I had to inconvenience myself & my dr by calling him & having him call the pharmacy to confirm so I could get my medication. Save your time, effort, and energy. Use Publix on Clemson blvd if you HAVE to use Publix.
