Publix Pharmacy at 4th Street Station

Would not recommend using their drive thru service as their staff is consistently rude. My meds were ready, so I prepaid in the app and gave them over 20 minutes before picking it up as it’s stated in the app that is how much time is needed for them. It wasn’t updated on their end that I had already paid, so was lectured about why they needed 20 min to pull the meds despite me giving them that time. One of many passive aggressive interactions I’ve experienced there.

New manager doesn't allow scooters or bikes through the Drive through, only cars. They couldn't give me a reason other than they didn't want to. I've ridden through here for the better part of a decade until the new manager changed this. The staff is fine, the manager stinks

I cannot renew my prescriptions without talking to someone. The phone button system has never worked!

Fantastic pharmacy and team! The entire team is always so nice and even when incredibly busy, they work hard to have prescriptions ready as soon as possible. They answer questions and give detailed information as needed. We switched all of our medications to this pharmacy because they were so easy to work with and consistently great with customer service and ensuring that we get our refills.
