Publix Pharmacy at 20 Midtown

The only reason I would rate this pharmacy a 5 is because of Jessica. She is amazing and always goes over and beyond of her customers. She is sweet and understanding amd builds a relationship with her customers. My son even loves her. The overall pharmacy i would rate a 1 they are not helpful which is why I made the choice to leave this pharmacy and go to another one I understand I cant always get Jessica but when I have to deal with others they are not helpful in trying to find a solution they cancel medication without informing of the issue and I feel they have their favorites since its a lot of doctors and nurses that come through there they make sure they are serviced and have everything they need. They are rude with especially over the phone. They cancel medication I really needed sev

Employees were very helpful and understanding when I needed my prescription and was in a rush. Very kind and helped me to the very best of my ability.

can’t say enough of how intelligent, thoughtful, compassionate, and helpful this staff is. It is difficult to navigate the healthcare system when a loved one is really ill. There are not words to express how wonderful it is when people who work in that system truly help. When your call is taken seriously, and your concerns are met with compassion. I have used the pharmacy at 20 Midtown for the last 18 months, and they have been nothing but kind and helpful. thank you!

Pharmacy staff is not very helpful (name badge NEHA) Early morning they just talking giggling instead helping. My doctor send a prescription and they didn’t prepare it saying some information was not clear. They didn’t bother to call doctor back and ask for information. Hope management will look into this.
