Beautifully appointed office space for a wildly successful organization nestled in Foggy bottom a block from the National Mall.

You have to have them for credentialing but they are horrible at answering questions for an audit that I have now recieved 2 times in a 2week period. All customer services says its the computer system doing it. Do you not have control over the system. When asked to speak to a supervisor or manager he said he would not and could not do that cause he is working from home but in the same sentence said he'd put a note in to his manager to look at the problem. Seriously PTCB do better.

They make you pay double the price to recertify your license for no reason. They are very rude and unprofessional. I am so disappointed being a certified pharmacy technician.

The most incompetent set of Employees: Sonya and Caitlyn (Management). Horrible at helping customers... If I could rate in the negatives I would.

Worst agency on earth. May have been easier to deal with the Lutwaffe.
