PT with JT

I reached out to JT after experiencing a neck/back flare up that I’d never experienced. As someone who has dealt with many injuries prior, I tend to get extremely anxious with new flare ups. He responded to me immediately, easing my concerns and providing reassurance that he would be able to treat what was going on. I felt better even before treatment! During treatment JT made me feel welcome and so comfortable. He was very patient teaching me new stretches and exercises and walked me through the entire process. The pressure my neck had been feeling improved within hours. I can’t recommend him enough!

I came to JT looking for help treating knee and back pain stemming from a herniated disc. For over a year prior, I had tried various treatment methods, including other physical therapists and self-prescribed programs, with no luck. It wasn’t until I found JT that I started making noticeable and lasting progress. After the first session I could tell I was in good hands. Over the course of our 8-week program, JT provided personalized training programs and coaching, both onsite and virtually. He developed the program to fit in with my schedule and other training goals, and adapted it constantly based on my feedback.
