Great facility!! Leslie, the Administrator, cares so much for her residents and the staff is unmatched.

Please do NOT leave your loved one in this facility!!! Pruitt Health needs someone to watch the facility and how they care for patients. They did not want to transport my loved one to the hospital and if my sister had not been adamant about her being transferred, she would have laid in her room and died. She was critical when she got to the hospital and it was touch and go for several days - all because they neglected her! From what our family has witnessed they are only concerned with money not the patient.

My Aunt went in for rehab 2 months ago! She had a horrible uti/and pneumonia. They keep telling my family they would run text etc etc no ended up calling ambulance they took her to hospital. Doctors there said if they had waited any longer she would have died! ICU for awhile, she is doing better thank God! I wouldn’t leave my dog there!

The management positions in this facility seem to be well knowledgeable and sufficient in their duties, but removed from actual contact from the patients. The labor employees are always helpful when approached. Your nursing staff (not all, but more than half) are reluctant to engage with patients families, they have no sense of purpose or urgency when patients ring for assistance. Most CNAs are ridiculously lazy and patronizing .

My grandma was at this facility in 2017 & 2018. It was hard to put her in a nursing home, but the love and care she received while here was amazing! The staff treated her and our family like family. I was very thankful for all they did!
