Erica (new Admin director) was and still is WONDERFUL. I spoke with initially by phone and she was able to handle everything within a matter of hours it (seemed like). She had my choice for my mom very easy. She gave me tour of the building and was able to answer all of my questions she even called me the night my mom arrived to ensure me of her safe arrival. At the time of this review mom has been there 2 days and she is being taken very great care of thus far. Thank you Erica and the staff for all of your help and making this adjustment easy for my mom.

Erika in charge of admissions is wonderful. She was very responsive and got my mom in quickly. We have dealt with Olivia the social worker who is incredible and the therapists and nurses are great. The food is well presented and they catered to my mom’s dietary needs. Sometimes the aids do not respond quickly when needed but they are busy with other patients which I understand. The facility is impeccably clean!

Ms. Erica exemplifies the epitome of excellence. She has left an impression upon me that dispells safety, concern, sincerity. Her leadership has matched her exemplary skills in effective communication with a vibrant spirit. I am half healed because she and her team was so welcoming to care for me in my hour of need. Under her guidance, I know will be well.

Just brought my mother in this past week and it has been a great experience so far. Ericka from admissions went above and beyond to make sure my mom was quickly placed in her room and was comfortable there. Thank you Ericka! It was great dealing with Victoria and other staff over the weekend. Everyone is helpful and professional, and finally today I had the pleasure to meet Amy and Cheryl from PT and OT. Looking forward to my mother's health improving under the care of Pruitt Health staff.

I cannot say enough good things about Erica Amiker at Pruitt Health Savannah. Navigating the process of moving my mom into a facility was overwhelming, but Erica made the entire experience so much easier. She was incredibly generous with her time, patient with all of our questions, and truly helped us navigate every step of the transition. Her dedication to families and her commitment to care are evident from the moment you meet her.
