May I start with my mom was a patient there Hats off too New nursing Director and all the great Nurses Sw, a whole host of nice people they worked with my concerns helping and caring for all the patients they have most of all the care received was a experience that I will never forget !! I loved the whole team please continue the great work . Don't let me leave without say Admission director one of the best Transportation awesome . At the end of the Day CNA I love them because they made it great the love I have for mom they gave it too her when I was working out of town keep being great you all and me and my family will always keep you in our Heart.

My mother has been living here for close to a year now, and it has been a very good experience. It’s a clean, comfortable place to call home, and the staff does an amazing job of taking care of my mother and keeping me informed about how she is doing. I especially want to commend Ge’Merica and Annie for all they do.

This place is wonderful. The transition from the hospital was seamless and very professional. The staff gave me reassurance with my family member and made sure that I was updated the entire time. The staff is kind and very helpful.

My mother in law is a resident of Pruitt Health Estill. She has been here for 11 months. Everyone takes good care of her. The staff is friendly and concerned about their patients. I would recommend this facility to anyone. If we the family have questions about anything we ask questions and get answers. If they don’t know that there is a problem they can’t fix it.

I would like to recognize the Social Worker Director, Gemerica Beckett for her exceptional assistance and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure that my grandfather and family received the support we needed during a challenging time. Her compassion, knowledge, and genuine care made a tremendous difference. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to improving the well-being of others. I’m truly grateful for her guidance and kindness — she is a true asset to the facility!
