Took a tour of the facility looking for a place with great mental health providers. The Social Service team told me about Lifesource HMS, staff was nice, location was in the medical area of Brunswick and it was clean!! Administrator gave me her attention .After speaking with them they made me "at ease" with my decision.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this skilled nursing facility. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Staff was always taking the time to explain treatments, answer questions, and ensure we felt comfortable leaving our mother there.

Super helpful staff. All of my concerns were resolved and addressed. Management was very knowledgeable and established reasonable expectations that we were not aware of as a family. Thank you Pruitt.

Pruitt nursing facility work hard,to keep everyone cared for, And they try to keep the residents happy and entertain. They're the best facility, my brother has ever been in. The staff are extremely nice, AND the administrator works verry hard to keep everything done right.As anyone can imagine, that has to be a trying & difficult job. But I will honestly say, She will address any issues that needs taken care of. I really appreciate all she's done for my brother. Its the cleanest facility ive ever been in also. And they have some sort of activity, every week, for the residents. I just wanted to thank everyone, for all they do.
