I was there for several years had some good days and bad but they took very good care of me i was burned and lost both my legs above the knees and 75 percent of my body was burned. I want to thank my whole team 🙏 there. I never had mantnes Andy always took care of anything needed. I had a wonderful pt speech therapist and case worker. Rita biscuit Kayla was awesome pt. And I want to thank Stephanie S. And Stephanie M. And I had some wonderful nurse. Brandy Gunnels helped me so much dealing with the pain and discomfort. I want to also thank Dr mcuhula he kept my pain medication just right for the condition I was in. I ended up getting alot of my mobility back. Check on your loved ones often if they go there. I won't say everything that happened when I went there to visit, because it was a nightmare. I hated to leave him there and return to Florida, but his medical care and RX was all in SC. My dad died shortly after a fall there. The nurse called and left a message that he fell out of his wheelchair, but was fine. When I called back, they NEVER put me through to him. He died shortly after and I was in another state. I was able to sent someone there to do a video chat and he told me the fall was worse than they said it was and he was hurting so badly. That next morning, he passed. I am so glad he got to talk with me one last time. They need more caring staff. Also, they lost his wallet and I never could get his estate papers done with hi

My sisters and I are deeply grateful to the PruittHealth and Hospice team for the compassionate care and dignity shown to our brother during his transition. The kindness, professionalism, responsiveness, and respect provided during such a difficult time meant more to our family than words can express. We thank the entire staff for caring for him when he needed it most. Not only did they care for our loved one, but the acknowledgment and compassion shown to our family and visiting friends meant so much to us. There truly aren’t enough words to express how we feel. My grandfather has it been there for maybe 2 weeks and his health and mental has declined significantly. Found out that if he won't take his medications they just won't give it to him even if he has antibiotics for his urinary tract infection. That is causing my papa to die. He seems out of it but as soon as I went there and I got them to give me the medicine so I can give it to him he was back to his self again. I have a lawsuit against one in North Augusta and I'm pretty sure I'm about to have one against this one too! It's absolutely discussing how they are not wanting to listen, how rude they are, and how extremely careless they are about our loved ones lives. I am searching for a home health care so I can bring my papa home. I believe deep down in my heart that they are killing him.
