Twice now, I have been scheduled for a medication management appointment and not been able to actually receive care. The first time, the provider was unable to connect to the platform on her end. The second, I showed up for an appointment and the provider was absent. This after she has insisted that I get monthly appointments, so now I'm running out of my medications and the office won't answer the phone.

I love Dr. Okonofua and her staff. I switched to her because I was tired of the run-of-the-mill doctors and their get-you-in-get-you-out approach to patient care without taking time to be genuinely concerned and explain things regarding my health and well-being. Dr. Okonofua is different. She explains things, takes time to answer your questions, and above all, she makes you feel like you are a family member she is concerned about. She encourages me and I feel better about my health because she is with me every step of the way. If you are looking for a doctor, a caretaker, a friend, then I highly recommend Dr. Okonofua.

Dr is very kind and always helpful, makes you feel at home she truly cares. Also staff members are more than kind and also very helpful. Love this office truly.
