I had such a great experience at this glasses clinic. The customer service was beyond amazing, especially Juan. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process so easy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a welcoming environment!

My experience with ProVision Hollywood was exceptional, I was very nervous because I had not seemed an Optometrist for longer than two years, I was shopping around to find a good doctor. Dr. Christianson and his team made me feel completely at ease. He is very knowledgeable optometrist who took the time to explain the entire process, I did not feel rushed. He explains my diagnosis clearly and includes me in the decision-making for my treatment plan. The staff were also very friendly and efficient; the office gives a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

What a seamless beautiful experience. I thought I was going to be late so I called and let them know, the team was understanding. Upon arrival I was greeted with ALL smiles from beginning to end. All questions were answered (and I had a lot), I never felt rushed or a bother. Thank you all again, I found my new eye care home.

Positive experience from start to finish. I was warmly greeted and invited to browse during my intake. The tech was pleasant and informative during the vision tests. The Dr showed genuine concern and was very knowledgeable. Juan helped me choose frames and gave me a deal that seemed too good to be true- 2 pairs for a total of $49! I am still in disbelief he was able to get this deal for me. But it’s true. Heartfelt thanks to the entire crew at Visionworks on Sunset / Western.
