Everyone is really friendly! Dr.Monika explains things extremely well and takes her time. They have machines I never knew existed for your eye exam. Highly recommend. Tricare also covered my exam 100% ! Check them out :)
The staff there is amazing, They listen to you, they are patient. Thank you Katherine, Salli and Jessica. Dr. Monika is the absolute best. She knows what she is about. I would recommend Provision Family Eye Care to anyone. If you just PCS to JBMDL and you are looking for an Optometrist, head over there.
I was able to bring all of my children with no issues. They have a TV, kids chair and a table with coloring pages and crayons in the waiting area which definitely helped! Equipment is up to date and they were patient with my kids as they've never used this equipment before.
This is my 2nd time going and as always it was a great experience. The staff were very patient with my 8 year old. They take tricare so if you live on base you don't have to drive 30 minutes away.
I’ve been going there for years and it’s always a great experience. The ladies there make you feel comfortable throughout the whole eye exam.
