Providence Urgent Care - Windsor

My son suffered a sports injury, and we were dreading the gamut of the ER. West County Health Clinic guided me to Providence Urgent Care in Windsor. The website was so user friendly and clear. We were able to save a spot within 2 hours. The waiting room was mellow and welcoming, and the front desk clerk was efficient and professional. The gentleman who took my son’s vitals was warm and chatted with him about basketball, setting him at ease. The doctor was also warm and proficient. We were x-rayed and briefed and sent away with the needed supplies, all within an hour. For a time of pain, this visit was painless, even pleasant, and were so grateful. ☺️

This is my second visit to St. Joseph's in Windsor. Wonderful people. I made a reservation for the same day, and was seen when it was convenient to my schedule. The office is clean and welcoming. It really makes an uneasy emergency feel better with the great staff and providers that are helping. Thank you for making my unfortunate situation go a smooth as possible and understanding my needs so I can recover quickly and correctly. Very attentive! Amazing!

I had a great experience here. I was able to make an appointment on line. I made an error and called and they were super helpful getting me another appointment. The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. I barely sat down before I was called in. The nurse and doctor were both very professional and caring. The doctor listened to my concerns and gave me advice as well as a prescription. I would definitely go back if I need care again.

The staff here are great to work with. Despite being an urgent care, the provider (Jerry Elliot) took time to listen and to find a solution for my chief complaint that could be provided in the urgent care setting. Staff was empathetic and helpful.

The process to get an appointment was so easy and an appointment was available within hours on the same day. All staff were so kind and professional. I felt well taken care of. (more so than with my primary care physician, who wouldn’t give me an appointment for a week!!)
