Saw Dr.Norris, he was very knowledgeable and had excellent bed side manners. Was able to get Me all fixed up. Felt truly cared for. But the front end check in seemed to have some issues with the financial assistance portion as they had never had to input it before. Was still able to be seen and would still fully recommend.

The Dr. Kenneth J. Norris Jr., MD Lied about the amount of time he spent with me (5 minutes not 30), did not inspect or x-ray my tooth, did not listen, did not understand the billing codes or my reason for seeking care and listed the wrong reason for my visit: (I was there due to finding someone elses tooth in my Subway sandwich after having it in my mouth and biting into it, NOT for a standard STD screening [which directly affects the billing), I tried talking to him again and showing him the facts but he would not listen and he said something like 'he is a doctor and an AI does not tell him what to do and he doesn't tell it what to do', I had to get other staff to help later and change the chart as he would not listen. There are witnesses and no need to believe me see what the A.I. clear

This was hands down the easiest and nicest time I have ever had at a urgent care center. I didnt feel rushed or brushed aside or like I was not being taken seriously. My concerns were heard and addressed. Also no un-needed tests. If further need for medical assistance comes up I will definitely head back.

Receptionist Jinky went out of her way to come out and help turn my jacket into a temp sling for my arm. She later took my last hour call to have my prescription rerouted. MD Kenneth offered added advice for at home self treatment. Laurel, Ariana and Libby all were great!

I’m a physician and it’s always tough for a doctor to see another doctor. Especially one young and one old. I always feel sorry for them because I also always feel pressure too. Dr Obermeyer was great. He was curious, listened well, and provided me with new information I wasn’t aware of.
