Providence St. Joseph Heritage Urgent Care - Orange, Chapman

Staff was warm and welcoming. The wait was reasonable. I felt heard by my doctor re my chest cold, even had an x-ray. The radiology staff was helpful & kind. The dressing room was clean and spa like. Soothing colors and decor throughout patient room area. It was an overall pleasant experience. I'm feeling better already. I highly recommend this facility if you need Urgent Care!

I've always received the best of care provided by Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group! February 17, 2026, I was seen by Dr. Tat S. Lam in Urgent Care. He was professional, polite, kind, and thorough. His nurse had done tests for Covid, flu, and strep throat which were all negative. Dr. Tam diagnosed an upper respiratory infection and a sinus infection. He ordered medication in his office and to my pharmacy. I felt a little better before leaving his care! In summary I would highly recommend Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group Urgent Care to anyone in need of Urgent Care. I've been going there fir 35 years. Their doctors and support staff are the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to urgent care in evening. Almost no wait time and admin staff was friendly and efficient. I was able to see the doctor within five to seven minutes of the MA completing vitals. Doctor has very good bedside manner and performed my toe nail removal procedure with ease.

Absolutely spectacular experience! Wasn't in a chair waiting more than two minutes and then was seen and treated almost immediately by the physician. She was thorough, confirmed that strep and COVID were negative and by the time I drove up the street my prescription was ready and waiting at the pharmacy. I had never been to an urgent care before but would not hesitate to use their services in the future! Very satisfied patient 🙂

Had an issue with severe pressure in the center of my upper chest. I thought I was having/had a heart attack. I went to Urgent Care where they performed an evaluation and ekg then recommended that I be transported to Emergency at St. Joes. Upon arrive, they rushed me into a room, listened intently to my concerns and went to work, EKG, X-rays, and ultrasound were immediately performed. The heart was fine, but they found issues with my Gallbladder and extreme gastroenteritis. After some medication I felt significantly better and ruled out any issues with my heart. I am so glad that I went in and had the opportunity to be treated by such a cohesive and knowledgeable team of medical professionals. God Bless this Hospital.
