Providence Seward Medical Center

On a 2 week vacation visiting Alaska from the state of Virginia. My wife experienced some pain in her side (not me!) and was in need of immediate medical care. Was in and out quickly (as far as emergency/urgent care rooms go) and appreciated the excellent care of the wonderful staff as well as their outstanding attitudes. They performed all the needed preliminary testing and diagnostic regime and then prepped all needed paperwork to go ahead of us to the Surgeon in Anchorage - top notch experience!

Was in and out quickly (as far as emergency/urgent care rooms go) and appreciated the excellent care and attitudes.

Excellent medical care facility. They were very friendly, quick and efficient. They saved my dad's life during a heart attack!

This hospital was supposed to be closed, but one night they drugged me and told me the government had approved a one night purge. It was a terrifying experience. I will never trust this town ever again after seeing what they did to my mom and to me.

In and out in under 2 hours for our 7 year old with a broken wrist on a holiday weekend. Staff were caring friendly and helpful.
